I think the library can definitely benefit from using YouTube. Every year the Youth Department makes a video advertising the Summer Reading Club. This is the perfect kind of thing for the library to upload to YouTube. We can also make book trailers to highlight books discussed in book discussions or our One Great Read books. I've also heard of library's posting "talk show" type videos with their teens where they talk about their favorite books, authors, etc.
The video I chose to embed is one that I saw a few months back. I found it hysterically funny. It's Librarian's Do Gaga. Enjoy!

Ok, I just have to add a John Green video too because . . . you know . . . he's awesome.
I thought about posting a John Green video for my YouTube post, but there are just too many great ones to choose from. I'm glad to see you posted one. :-) He is pretty awesome.
